Students were assigned to work problems from Exponents 2 on Khan Academy. Students were also given an Extra Credit Opportunity to work problems from Exponent Rules on Khan Academy. Friday, November 11th - Today, quizzes over Sections 7.5-7.6 were returned and students were given the opportunity to see any problems from the quiz worked that they had trouble with. Afterword, we discussed Section 7.10 "Scientific Notation." On Monday, students will have the opportunity to retest over the 7.5-7.6 Quiz. During 2nd hour, we discussed how to multiply polynomial fractions and 2nd hour students were assigned problems 26-54 evens from Section 6.2.
